Indiana Insurance and Safeco Insurance-Issued Policies
Indiana Insurance provides its clients with various ways to pay their bills with ease and confidence.
If you are unsure whether to pay your bill online through Indiana or Safeco, refer to the Website address on your policy invoice to be directed to the appropriate site.
To pay your Indiana Insurance-issued policy online, follow these instructions:
- Visit the Indiana Insurance Website at http://www.indiana-ins.com
- Click on the "Online Billing Service Center" icon under the "Pay Your Bill" heading
- Enter your policy number in the box provided
- Press "Submit" to view/pay bill
To pay your Safeco Insurance-issued policy online, follow these instructions:
- Visit the Safeco Insurance Website at http://safe.indiana-ins.com
- Wait 15 seconds for Indiana Insurance to redirect you to the Safeco Website
- If you already have an account, sign-in to access your information
- If you do not have an account, press the "Register Now" icon and follow the two-step instructions to access your information

To pay your Safeco Insurance-issued policy by phone, have your policy number handy, and call 1-888-723-3260. To access your policy number, look at the upper right-hand side of your billing statement or find it on your declarations page.
